Details and Saving Your Spot

  • For 2026/27 we will have 10,000 square feet of climate controlled storage available. As of 8/5/26 we are 75% full.

  • For 2027 we will have 60,000 square feet of outdoor parking space available.

  • Please email us for storage terms and rates as well as a reservation form to secure your spot with a REFUNDNABLE deposit.

  • For boats that store in the Burlington area marinas we may allow early drop off, and/or pickup to align with opening and closing dates.

  • We are available to help with boat transport on your own trailer as well as our sister company’s hydraulic trailer.

RATES

  • Winter Term Indoor Climate Controlled: $12 per square foot. (measure length x width rounded up to the nearest whole foot) October 15 to May 15

  • Winter Term Outside: $25 per linear foot

  • Summer term Indoor Climate Controlled: $5.75 per square foot.

  • Annual Indoor Climate Controlled: $16.00 per square foot

  • Outside Winter Parking: $25 per foot

  • Outside Summer Parking: $10 per foot
